[Enhancement] Key bind for Window -> New View into File

When editing key binds for the IDE, there's currently no setting for New View into File (accessed manually through the Window menu). There is a key bind for View Split, but I often find new tabs more useful, so a bind would be helpful.

There is a key bind setting for New View into File it's just called View New in the keys settings, not sure if it should be renamed

Good catch! I'd certainly argue that one of two things should happen:

1. Rename both View New and View Split in key settings to match their menu options (New View into File and Split View).
2. Rename New View into File to New View to better match the semantics of Split View, and then rename both key binds to match.

Still, as long as there's a bind at all, I'm happy :) I'll leave this issue open for the proposed renamings above.
