Bedrock Systems NOVA modern VMM?

Hello,

I am exploring NOVA again after a long hiatus and am wondering if the Bedrock System NOVA hypervisor has a modern VMM and libraries to compile the VMM so that a hypervisor-based desktop can be built?

I would like to explore it with you if possible.
