Worlds download not working

can you explain more what isnt working correctly, i noticed there was a bug that meant alot of chunks werent being decoded if its that theres been a fix just now

I mean, I switched to download a world a lot, I did not know, I chose a world, then I put my IP, but it does not connect, it writes, call the ip of a computer, please, please, a video explaining the download of a world, please
