packet.ResourcePackChunkData error - Unable to download

Hi, I'm getting this error in a specific server. The pack appears normally but before the download starts, I get the following error: "handle *packet.ResourcePackChunkData: resource pack chunk data had chunk index 3, but expected 1" so matter what I try. Do you have any solutions?

OS: Windows 10 Minecraft Bedrock Version 1.21.62

It's a server tied to a realm but I don't think there's an authentication process involved. I can connect just fine to the server via the Minecraft client but I can't share the IP address unfortunately.
