Fix regression in v0.2.0+ reported by @tomas-fer via email

Temporary solution: $ pip3 install -Iv kindel==0.1.4

Hi @tomas-fer, fair to say it's been a little while! I just made a new v1.0.0 release including improvements to consensus calling performance around both small and large deletions. Would you still be interested in this feature being implemented?
