Request: retain tags

I'd like to request that you add the -T '*' option to the samtools fastq commands to retain read tags. Right now tags are being automatically removed.

Hi, would you mind giving me examples of particular tags in which you are interested? Are you referring to the tags added during alignment by minimap2 or bowtie? Or does this issue overlap with the request in issue https://github.com/bede/hostile/issues/63?
