Display mapping issues in the UI

Currently, if you make a mistake in the mapping template, Unknown error will be displayed, however in the network console there's a human readable error.

I guess https://github.com/beda-software/FHIRPathMappingLanguage should be adjusted to return OperationOutcome instead of custom format error
