Add asserts for not implemented features in Questionnaire

For example, Expression can define 'name' attr and it can be used in other expressions, but for some of attrs it is too complex to implement. Let's add asserts for Questionnaire.item.enableWhenExpression, Questionnaire.item.calculatedExpression that will warn the user about using the name.
