“Please specify other diseases” options not displayed in HMB questionnaire

Description: In the Heavy Menstrual Bleeding (HMB) questionnaire, under Past Medical History, selecting Other opens the field Please specify other diseases. However, clicking on the select dropdown shows No options, preventing the user from selecting a value.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Patients
2. Select a patient
3. Open the Heavy Menstrual Bleeding (HMB) questionnaire
4. Navigate to Past Medical History
5. Select Other
6. Click on the Please specify other diseases dropdown

Actual Result: Dropdown displays No options.

Expected Result: Dropdown should display all available options for specifying other diseases
