Relationship with multiple primary keys tables

Hi, first of all thanks for this plugin! It's awesome

As @martijn94 said in #54 issue, it does not support multiple columns primary key, and obviously it isn't creating the relations with tables like this. When solve the #54 issue remember to the foreign keys!
