Restart client problem

Hello Could You check something for me? I have client, and a have to reset them few time. Your server works very well, but has problem with disconnect issue. When client disconnect (power off) and connect again, i got ip, but no data incoming from server. This is when client restart 2 times. I check for test another server on arduino, and this stuck ip connect any time, but has different problem.

Could you check, why disconnecting client can not connect again? Regards
