can't change channel and authmode.

when i send a +++AT AP 3Dprinter kossel 1 1

but when i que: +++AT AP

it prints: +++AT AP SSID=3Dprinter PASSWORD=kossel AUTHMODE=0 CHANNEL=1

even after a reset, even after a powercycle it stays that.

I don't really care for the channel, But I do want to change the AUTHMODE.

any ideas ?

One thing I know a lot of people do is configure it with the stock firmware, then switch to this. The settings remain through the firmware transition. Not ideal, however.

i had erased the flash before hand.
