Files don't update when there are any folders excluded.

I have a "Templates" folder that I want excluded from this plugin, however if I have the directory listed in the excludes section no files update. I've tried waiting longer, switching files, etc. The only thing that gets update times to be correctly updated is by removing the templates directory from the plugin settings. Workaround: Basically right now if I want to update a template I temporarily disable this plugin.

I am experiencing the same behavior. Additionally, I noticed that the update is only visible when I restart Obsidian. (macOS, Sonoma 14.5)
