Add Hotkeys or command pallet

It would be really useful to be able to force update the timestamps on the focused file either via the command pallet or via a hotkey.

Probably already is a way, and I just cannot find it.

There was not a way, but I have changed the way updates are written to the file, so this shouldn't be needed as, as soon as you save, it will update the file time in the frontmatter
