Recent Out of Memory Issue

Recently Chromium keeps giving me "Out of Memory" errors after barely opening more then 2 pages.

I tried deleting any registry GPO settings for cache size or path, but that had no effect. Previous Chromium versions did not have this behavior and worked fine.

I use a batch script to launch Chromium with a new profile every time and I set profiles to be stored on an ImDisk ramdrive. ImDisk freaks out a lot when Chromium just keeps showing the "Out of Memory" error despite not using up all the space on said ramdrive.

Earliest Chromium snapshot that started to act like this was 117.0.5863 1164572 https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?prefix=Win_x64/1164572/

Current version still has this issue. Currently Chromium is unusable unless downgraded.
