InstaHoarder not downloading anything. Stories, Posts, & Total stay at 0

Just downloaded this program, filled out config.conf and wanted.txt, but when i run python3.5 main.py it doesn't download anything. Just says:

logging in stories: 0 posts: 0 total: 0

Been like that for 10 minutes.

I'm wondering if it may be a problem on my end or something stopping it from Instagram's recent API changes, which i hear can affect programs like this.
