what to do when access unauthorised

hi, the program don't work anymore i don't know why but i can't also no enter to the website, i have the message "Unauthorized". I 'm banned ? does the program do this ? Because i never use for more than 15 models at the sametime. There's a way to resolve it ? thanks in advance.
