Include JVM in Mac OS X package

It may be possible to include a complete 1.8 JVM within the Mac OS X .app package. This would solve users' JVM installation issues. Downside is that each app has its own JVM (i.e., BEAST, Tracer, FigTree etc). Some discussion on the Oracle site here:
