Rename project on PiPy

The project is still called plum-dispatch on most platforms (including the AUR and NixOS) and as well on PiPy.

Since you are in control of the PiPy instance, I guess it makes sense to update it there as well. (I was heavily confused since I tried to install it from there, and didn't find it under that name)

Hey @ShalokShalom! Thanks for opening an issue. You’re absolutely right. This has been on my TODO list, so it’s about time the package is published under just plum too.
