Add other URI schemes

Your plugin is great, thanks a lot for it! I have following feature request: it will be absolutely great, if you can extend functionality with other URI schemes, e.g. not only UNC (file://). And then, logical would be to have plugin flexible - e.g. instead of hard-coding well-known URIs (like copying all from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Resource_Identifier) - but provide possibility to configure any custom URI via plugin's configuration page using standard Redmine's functionality for plugins configuration.

I am even ready to contribute for such work!

Can you please confirm, do you have time and wish to realize such CR? So that I know - can I expect functionality I have described above - or I should proceed with further search...

Some expansion (for 2 other URIs - pdb: and alm:) already done by plapczyn, who forked your plugin: https://github.com/plapczyn/redmine_wiki_helper.
