Suggestions: plottie & py_silhouette

To add to the plotter control software listed, might I submit a couple of tools I wrote for Silhouette cutter/plotters:

• Plottie a high-level simple CLI tool for cutting/plotting SVGs with a silhouette plotter. Includes support for many SVG features (e.g. text and dashed lines via svgoutline, see #63) path optimisation (including cutting-specific optimisations), registration mark handling and a few other niceties.

• py_silhouette A (reverse engineered) low level python library for driving silhouette plotters. Includes detailed documentation of command behaviour. Used behind the scenes by Plottie.
