Switch to Weblate for translations

Weblate is free and opensource localization tool. The hosted version https://hosted.weblate.org/ is free for libre projects Compared to POEditor:

• will make the translation process easier, visible and more accessible
• users can add new languages without any developer interactions
• its opensource
• can commit changes automatically
• changes can be audited by other users
• overall better webui with more features

Biggest drawback is of course that all people who've worked on the translations on POEditor would have to migrate to a new tool. Do any of the current translators for Fava have an opinion on this?

I would use an open-source alternative. Weblate looks interesting
