HTTP Ridirect does not replace URLs

Original DAT created in BeakerBrowser, then added an image. The image has a dat:// URL, and when hosting that DAT in homebase via HTTP redirect, the image links returned are to original dat:// url, and not re-written

Hey @MichaelReedOnly. That's right, we don't currently have that feature. We've been talking about how it could be done but haven't decided yet on the right strategy.
