Copying a drive fork copies original drive

Describe the Bug If you try and copy a drive fork you will get a copy of the original drive rather than the drive that is the fork.

To Reproduce

1. Create a fork of a drive
2. Make from changes to the drive fork
3. Make a copy of the forked drive
4. Notice that the resulting drive is a copy of the original drive without the changes that you made in the fork.

Expected Behavior I would expect the copy to be a copy of the fork.

Environment

• OS: macOS 10.15.5
• Beaker Version: Beaker v1.0.0-prerelease.4
• Daemon Version: 1.13.16
