14 new characters were added in Unicode 14 to block "Combining Diacrictical Marks Extended" ie. COMBINING LEFT PARENTHESIS ABOVE LEFT U+1AC1 thru COMBINING LATIN SMALL LETTER INSULAR T U+1ACE

And currently 17 characters in this block from Unicode 7 are already included.
