Uintuative MA Parameters Scrollbar

With a recent version, MA Parameters now gets a dedicated scrollbar if it has more than a handful of parameters.

I understand why this might've been added but it's been a slight annoyance in my experience so far. It makes scrolling the inspector on an object with a handful of components a tad unintuative and clunky. You scroll down, get stuck in the MA parameters box, then scroll down more. Would it be possible to make the new scrollbar a toggle?
