Calibration offset in one direction

I have set everything up and it mostly works. For some reason my feet tracker get aligned like 20 cm in front of my feet, causing some weird offsets while turning since the trackers stay offset in the same direction as before. About 3 seconds later they shift over, still being offset 20 cm in front.
