This pull request contains only the remaining TEST-30-DMSQUASH (previously number 16).
This has been addressed in commit 03cd96cb6376117efeaf1605eb6c2c1113066448.
Wouldn't it be useful to have numbers reserved at the beginning and at the end as well?
My ordering suggestion: keep 00-09, 50-59, 90-99 free for users, use 80-89 for the unique entries.
Reopening since the range 00-09 is not freed up yet.
