Lowering the turn on power.

I have been working to lower the startup current so they more battery options can be used.

The problem is almost entirely due to the servos doing fast moves at startup. In the latest code, I made it so the servos come on one at a time. Each servo should complete it's move to X,Y,Z 0,0,0 before the next one turns on.
