/bin/sh: 1: apk: not found

when I run "./b" on the Ubuntu18.04, there raise an error "/bin/sh: 1: apk: not found". I've installed docker-ce 19.03.5 by "sudo apt-get install docker-ce". I also search this question in google, and get "apk is the package manager for Alpine.", should i install Alpine linux instead of Ubuntu linux ? I don't understand where is the problem, Can you give me some clues. Thanks very much!
