Ad serving is limited

Ad serving is limited since 3 months. Google is telling invalid traffic concerns but all of my traffic are organic and come from Google Play only. I keep getting the same warning every 2 days in notification. Not sure if this problem is due this package or my implementation. Did anyone else faced same issue?
