🐛 TimePicker popup gets cut on a small application

Hello, I have a very small application (250px width), and when I'm using the TimePicker popup, it gets cut:

This happens on version 4.0.0-pre.4, but with version 4.0.0-pre.3 its looks good:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use version 4.0.0-pre.4 on a small app with a width of 250px
2. Click on TimePicker to show his popup

Expected behavior Responsive width like in version 4.0.0-pre.3
