A lot of animations feel laggy and incomplete

Laggy animations

I just started using this library and found alot of animations feel laggy and janky, at first i assumed it was due to the debug mode, but it persists even if i build the app in release mode. Is there a fix for this, am I missing something because I don't see this issue raised much?

What animations, in specific? Can you detail it a little?
