Hooks Issue - False warning

Sometimes when working with Hooks it seems as they're not updating, then after a few more changes CodeKit will popup warning that the hook has been modified and to review the changes, even though it's been modified locally.

After that notification the hook check mark is left checked and it appears CodeKit will not run the hook until it's unchecked and then checked again.

So far, since working with the very latest build 18911 I'm no longer experiencing this issue via some quick tests.

I'm going to do more experimenting tonight on generating a sitemap via the new hook vars. If all goes well, I'll close this down.

The false warning appears to only happen when I've screwed up my bash script and it has errors.

As for the saving, I think all is saving well now.
