Install CK Frameworks

Ability to install frameworks into projects to lock the project to that framework version.

:+1: Would kind of solve the boilerplate request in #484 :+1: Would also allow static assets to become available within hosted project. I've worked on doing some hooks to pull in assets but it feels very hackish.
