get_steinberg_sdk.py points to invalid URL

http://www.steinberg.net/sdk_downloads/vstsdk366_27_06_2016_build_61.zip is no longer live. The get_steinberg_sdk.py should be updated to reflect this.

The correct URL is now: https://www.steinberg.net/vst3sdk
