\textbf{\Gamma}运行结果是\Gamma符号前面有双引号

你的用法错了，数学符号加粗不是用 \textbf。

请阅读模板手册和 texdoc lshort-zh-cn 后再使用。

用\mathbf{}。BTW，这直接用AxMath公式编辑器复制不就行了吗？
