With satellite count = zero, OCPN 59 will honor "navigation.gnss.method" delta, and show a valid fix with green ball instead of multi signal bars. That is to say, "navigation.gnss.methodQuality" report...

@TwoCanPlugIn It looks to me as though your test setup is valid, should work. Perhaps you could do some source debugging to figure out why the "no GPS" is not...
