I found easier way to crash. Settings->Connections, enable and disable the N2k serial connections. Repeat. Old code would crash every third cycle, or so. New code never crash. Same code...

All of the last three crashes have identical stack traces. Question again: On OCPN, do you have any output connections defined and active at the time of the crash?

Tony... From the above I surmise that the corrupted N2K WiFi connection was the root cause of the crashes. If so, not a good thing, but pretty hard to reproduce....

Tony... I added more protection on serial N2K driver during shutdown. This will probably prevent the crash at N2K shutdown, but may not reveal the source of the original forced...
