returns bash: https://github.com/bcthomas/pullseq.git: No such file or directory Kindly help. Additionally, when I downloaded the code I dont see ./configure

Am I doing something wrong ? Kindly help.

Ok, was able to install pullseq via conda. But could you please expand more on the regex. I want to extract reads from paired end RNAseq fastq files which have the following: ACGCTCTTCCGATCTNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNCAT[G]CTAGTTGTGGTTTGTC where N is the barcode. Kindly help.
