It works for me on a Simple Hosting instance when I use double quotes like in your second example: `... --letsencrypt-gandi:gandi-shs-name "NAME WITH SPACES" ...`

#29 is right. I did fill the pull request #39 to change the documentation (renewal AND installation, which is expected).

To renew AND install the certificate, the run command is a simple solution. I already filled the pull request #39 to make it clear in the documentation.

This upgrade is important for homebrew users (MacOS) too, because certbot is shipped with Python 3 as well (up version 0.20.0).
