Unable to save a profile on Alienware 15 R3

Hi, I am trying to save a profile for my newly bought Alienware. I am receiving the following error : Error occured while trying to communcate with the AlienFX device : Data length should be 9 but was -9.

Having the same issue on Alienware 15 R3. Also the tool recognizes my laptop as Alienware M17x R4
