Added new theme: Italics

In this pr, I added a new type to the base theme, halcyon italics. All it does is change the fontStyle of some keywords to italics. It's not a default setting (assuming many people don't like italics). You can enable it by selecting Halcyon Italic from the Preferences: color theme option.
