Offline Syncronization doesn't work

Hi All! Probably, this request is a proposal for a new Feature. Let me explain it:

I'm working on a proyect that we are using Perforce (Anyway, could by GIT, or SVN, etc). When I got the new changes on the repository, on files that I haven't opened, those files were not syncronized.

Have FileSync that feature?
