Describe the task Store the RDPS grid (fine resolution, familiar, hourly) for the whole province

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] Store grid in it's native resolution (save space, not gaining any higher res data)
• [x] temp, rh, wind speed and precip hourly
• [x] save to S3 storage
• [ ] Prune data older than 7 days
