Actual Behaviour

s3 cleanup script fails because it tries to connect to patroni

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Check s3 cleanup script latest runs and see errors in logs

Expected Behaviour

s3 cleanup script should not try to connect to patroni, crunchydb only if needed.
