MoreCast 2.0: Implement Show/Hide Columns

As a Forecaster

I need an intuitive way to show/hide columns in the Forecast Weather parameter tabs

So That I can customize my view in a busy table of numbers

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Given that I click on the weather parameter's dropdown button, I have a menu to toggle visibility of all columns for all weather parameters
• [ ] The hide-all/show-all dropdown option apply ONLY to the search/filtered columns
• [ ] Show/hide column dropdown button persists and is not part of the header that can be hidden
• [ ] Disable show/hide columns for forecast summary tab
• [ ] Station, date, and respective weather parameter forecast columns can't be hidden (ie. when click drop down, these three should not appear as an option to hide)

Additional Context

• Figma designs below illustrate both the weather parameter column selector (present in the coloured headers) and the Model-to-Column selector respectively.
