Traction stored cred/schemas in anoncreds wallets

Traction Innkeeper plugin provides cred def and schema "storage" for Tenants (not related to Innkeeper, just that's the plugin for base Traction additions). When I create a schema or cred and it's posted to the ledger then that callback once completed writes storage records and provides endpoints to look them up. As well as a ledger sync.

We need to decide if this is to be supported behavior for anoncreds type tenants as well (or "just works" or needs tweaks).
