Re-enable registration of equivalent units in .onLoad

Once https://github.com/r-quantities/units/issues/301 is resolved, renable the unit registrations and tests that were commented out in #70.

Ah, awesome @ateucher - thanks for following up! We are still waiting for the new version of EMS to launch so we can revisit this issue then :)
