Update GHA versions in the project's workflow

The project's workflow contains GHAs that are using deprecated resources and/or APIs. Update the actions to use the latest version to fix the issues.

@LennrtKlg, your issue has nothing to do with the subject of this ticket; The versions of the GitHub Actions being used in the GitHub workflows. Please create a separate ticket for your issue.
